Gordo's world

Blogs are relatively new to me. As a baby boomer, the technology I had growing up was a standard type writer and then came the electric type writer. When I got my first computer in 1997, it was all Greek to me. Today it has become my most valuable tool in my work endeavors.
Blogging is just another tool in my arsenal of technologies. Learning application software for these programs is what takes time for me.

No this entire entry will not be in French.

I started blogging with dead journal and I got really bored with it. My friend Allegra told me how livejournal is better so I started to use that and continue with it. It's easier to post photos and there are programs where I can post without signing in. I use a lot of html in my livejournal entries. Keeps me from being bored.

Blogging???

I read only one blog, and I didn't even know it was a blog until he said it was. I read the Sports Guy daily on espn.com, and I just thought it was a short article. After a while, the section in his page turned into "more cowbell", which is his blog section. So now I feel like I have been welcomed to the 21st century, and unfortunately, it was by a Boston Red Sox fan.

Novice...sort of

My history with blogs. Well in high school I used to have a live journal account. But, I had no idea it was a blog. It was just a "cool" site that all my friends wrote on. It was simply a "live journal" not a blog. But, other than that, I'm a novice. I was introduced to blogs this year in this class and I have to say, it's pretty fascinating, reading other peoples' thoughts! Have fun reading mine :-)
